• Create and convene an information services advisory model (i.e. the HSC Information Services Advisory Counsel) taking into consideration the complexity and diversity of our HSC organization.
• Provide guidelines and policy on matters relating to the use and implementation of information services

• Create, promote and maintain a collaborative and supportive information services environment for the HSC community
• Create services based on user needs
• Enhance existing services driven by user needs
• Reduce duplication of services when appropriate
• Create a well defined, supported, funded and communicated services provisioning model and associated processes
• Create a well defined, supported, funded and communicated model and processes for upgrading and maintaining information services� assets and facilities
