- IT Center Customer Support has recently wrapped up their encryption efforts on hundreds of laptops for our supported consumers. They will be spending the next month developing their new Trouble Ticket and Inventory System to assist with call routing and compliance reporting.

- IT Center Systems Administration Team will be busy this month migrating data to their second Xiotech SAN Storage Device and adding nodes to the VMWare Virtual Infrastructure Clusters for expanded High availability Virtualized Hosting.

- Efforts by our Systems Administration team will begin in late January 2008 on the new HSC UFAD Exchange 2007 clustered implementation to align with UFAD Exchange 2007 project goals for 2008. They anticipate the first migrations will occur in March 2008 to the new platform.
