GOAL: To provide the necessary training opportunities to the customer support team that will allow for increased job satisfaction by continuous improvement, constant learning and experimentation.
Objectives:
- Provide the opportunity for 12 hours/month for each full time FTE
- Provide the opportunity for 6 hours/month for each 1/2 time OPS
- Track training for each individual employee
- Prepare a list of HTML's that would be useful for training purposes

- Shadowing
- Hands-on
- In-house training
- Campus Training Courses
- Subscriptions to appropriate technical magazines and journals
- College courses
