SECURITY FOR NEW USERS

1. Create userid for Dean’s office employee – run HCPB.CMD.RACFLIB(ADDUSER) – see attached JCL.
2. Create userid for non Dean’s office employee – run HCPB.CMD.RACFLIB(ADDVUSR) – see attached JCL.
3. Add into TPX Group –

Go into TPXADMIN-

Select #3-User Maintenance- enter userid and press enter

Select #5 – Maintain List of Profiles-

Type I for insert and enter PROFCOM, then PF3 to exit.

4. Add user into Extension Table:

Go to ADMIN and pick option – Security Extension

Pick A to add a new user and press enter.

Enter NERDC USERID, UF ID (SSN), Primary ID, TPX Group, and Manager Group ID.

Press enter.

5. Fill out Security Request Form –Online- www.is.ufl.edu/bawb200h.htm

Go to APLICATION ACCESS REQUEST and sign on with Gatorlink ID and password.

Enter CREATE SECURITY REQUEST. Request can be submitted when complete or saved and competed later.

6. For applications not online: go to www.health.ufl.edu/itcenter/forms/dnsrf_a.shtml and fill out form, then fax to the appropriate area.
