1) Go into Explorer.
2) Click on Network Neighborhood.
3) Click on Ufl.
4) Click on UFL.
5) Click on hsc.
6) Click on itc.
7) Click on NCS_One_SPOOL.
8) Click on ndps.
9) Click on 3a840f7c.psm.
10) Right click on appropriate queue folder and select 'create shortcut'. 'Yes' when prompted to create on desktop.
