The "Reply" button on the right hand side of a message I'm reading is ghosted / grayed out, and thus I can't reply. What's wrong? The message might have been deleted, and you may be reading it out of the trash bin. If you used a search folder to find the message, you may be reading messages in the trash without even knowing it. If a message has been deleted and moved to the trash folder it doesn't have all the features it had as a normal message. Undelete it first, THEN try and reply. How do I change the default font that messages are displayed in? The font used here is a standard Windows font selected from the display
properties. To change it, To change the font in your main GroupWise window, Right-click your Windows 2000 desktop, click Properties, then click the Appearance tab. In the Item drop-down list, click Icon. Now choose a font, size, and color. Click OK. From now on, your desktop in GroupWise will have the font you selected. Note: This will also affect error message text and message
box text in all of your Windows programs. This does not affect the
look of the message as received by the person How do I make a new message window open as full screen? GroupWise Message windows do not save the 'maximize' status upon exit like most application windows, but they do save their size if they have been resized by the user stretching the horizontal and vertical edges. Once a message window is open, move the window as far into the upper left corner of the screen as you can while still seeing the complete window. Move the mouse pointer to the right edge of the message window border, until the pointer becomes a two way arrow. Hold down the left hand button and stretch the window to the extreme right of your screen. Repeat for the bottom edge. Once you have the size you desire, close the window by clicking the X in the upper right corner. When next you open this type of window, it will retain the size you have set. When I click on an HTML link in a groupwise message, it doesn't go to the web page. Within GroupWise, go to Tools, Options, Enviroment. On the General Tab (which should already be selected) is an area on the right called "Default Action". In the middle is a section called "Web Browser". By default, "Use existing Window" is selected. Select instead "Open New Window". Then click OK, and then Close on the options menu. This will cause a new Web Browser window to open every time you click a link within an E-mail. Is there a graphical way to see if a meeting that I have scheduled has been accepted? When you schedule an appointment or meeting with another person or other people, there is no immediate visual that informs you if the meeting has been accepted or declined. However, in the week view of the calendar, if you point your mouse to the event and right mouse click you will receive a drop down list. Click "properties" at the bottom of the list and you will see the status of the meeting; if the recepients were in the GroupWise system, you will see whether they have accepted, declined, delegated or deleted the meeting and any comments they might have added. Is there a way to save all of my related email correspondence stored in a folder, regardless if it was sent or received?
How can I take a list of e-mail addresses in a spreadsheet and turn it into a Groupwise distribution list? If there is a spreadsheet, word table, or for that matter even a list seperated by commas or enters you can copy the list of email addresses into GroupWise. 1. Select the email addresses How do I get my "Sent Items" folder back if I accidentally delete it?
How do I file my "Sent Items" in my Cabinet? Your "Sent Items" folder is actually a "search folder";
a folder that displays information based on search criteria. By default
the Sent Items folder shows you all of things you have sent from GroupWise.
