How do I get rights to a folder or file I can't currently see?If it’s in a VPHA user’s personal folder, he or she can grant you rights by right-clicking on it, choosing Properties, clicking the Netware Rights tab, navigating to your department and user id, choosing Add, and checking the boxes for the rights they want you to have. Otherwise, you can call Customer Support. Rather than just being given rights to a file or folder, you may need to be added to a network group that has access to folders (for example, the DoCoM ARReport group).
