Unless otherwise noted, access to these applications requires a valid GatorLink ID and password. Customers may address GatorLink password issues at at the GatorLink home page. CoM Continuing Medical Education GrandRounds:

GrandRounds is used to record and manage attendance, prepare transcripts and create continuing medical education certificates to fulfill the provisions of the ACCME accreditation for the CoM and to provide an important service to the faculty.
 
GrandRounds -- Access to this application is restricted to authorized CME personnel. Placed in production May 2002.
Authorized Users (Updated 05-23-2009 -- 10 individuals in Gainesville and Jacksonville (plus 4 IT support representatives)

CoM Extra Duty (XDuty):

ExtraDuty is used to record overtime hours worked by CoM Residents. Information gathered by this application is used by DOCoM Administrative Affairs personnel to transcribe data into myUFL with the explicit intent of paying qualified Housestaff for extra duty activities such as being on call and similar functions. Prior to implementation of myUFL, this program sent information to UF's Academic Affairs who performed required processing. This application has not been significantly revised since 2004 when changes to the SAS application used to populate the pick list of qualified Residents was modified to exclude holders of specified Visa types.
 
Xduty -- Access to this application is restricted to authorized personnel.
 
com-xduty-l@lists.ufl.edu -- The product e-mail list is intended to be used for announcements or questions of interest to all ExtraDuty administrators, managers and users.

CoM departments with individuals authorized to use Xduty include: Anesthesiology; Community Health and Family Medicine (CHFM); DOCoM; DOCoM, Jacksonville; Emergency Medicine; Medicine; Medicine, PA Program; Neurological Surgery; Neurology; Obstetrics & Gynecology; Ophthalmology; Orthopaedics & Rehabilitation; Otolaryngology; Pathology, Immunology and Laboratory Medicine; Pediatrics; Psychiatry; Radiation Oncology; Radiology; and, Surgery.

DOCoM BonVoyage:

BonVoyage is used by CoM Dean's Office staff to manage information regarding file locations and record summaries involving current and former CoM employees. Primary uses for this information are for confirming Residency activities but other administrative purposes are served as well. The system does not contain any patient data nor data pertaining to medical students.
 
BonVoyage -- Access to this application is restricted to authorized personnel. Placed in production 10-18-2002.

HSC File Delivery via Secure Web Folders:

File transfer locations referenced on the Secure Web Folders page are used by authorized customers to retrieve files produced by a variety of applications. A valid GatorLink ID and password are required to access these folders.
 
Senior unit administrators may advise the ITCIM team to grant specific individuals access to their unit's secure web folders by adding the individual's GatorLink ID to the appropriate security control file.
 

Self-Initiated Jobs:

Applications referenced on the Self-Initiated Jobs page are used by authorized customers (valid GatorLink ID and password are required) to generate reports to satisify a variety of requirements. These applications are characterized by the absence of complex variables and by the fact that units determine when these recurring jobs need to be executed.
 
Senior unit administrators are contacted by the IT Center's Information Management team as applications are made available.
 
CoM Departments with individuals authorized to use Self-Initiated Jobs include: DoCoM Personnel Services; DOCoM Fringe Benefits; DOCoM Financial Services; DOCoM Admin - Jacksonville; CoM Obstetrics & Gynecology; VPHA Administrative Services; and the FCPA accounting team.
