Health Science Center Secure Web FoldersAccess to the contents of folders referenced on this page is restricted to specific personnel. Unauthorized access attempts will encounter an error message stating: Authorization Required This server could not verify that you are authorized to access the document requested. Either you supplied the wrong credentials (e.g., bad password), or your browser doesn't understand how to supply the credentials required. Each folder name is linked to a secured folder. Full unit names are provided for clarity. A word of caution: These folders are not to be used as permanent storage locations. Because automated applications are being used to place data in these locations without manual intervention in some instances, files can and will be overwritten or removed without advance notification of any kind. Be sure to move or copy your material to a location on your PC or network storage area as soon as possible. Notice: On October 20, 2004, all files contained in these folders older than January 1, 2004 were removed. On July 13, 2006, all folders lacking any files were removed. Any questions about these actions should be directed to the ITCIM list after reading the preceding paragraph. In regard to delivery of files or reports managed by the IT Center's Information Management team, senior unit administrators may make requests for the ITCIM team to create secure unit folders and to grant specific individuals access to those folders.
