BonVoyage Support - PaperVision
Overview
PaperVision, an image management application created by Digitech Systems
Inc. (http://www.digitechsystems.com/),
is used to access College of Medicine Dean's Office (DOCoM) Personnel Services
records. At Personnel Services' direction, a Gainesville vendor scans collections
of printed documents and archives them onto CDs. The application is installed on individual's PCs which are
configured to utilize a single copy of the data. No more than three years-worth
of images will be stored on the IT Center's systems at any one time.
