16. Randy was great. It was really good the way we can be doing the same thing
on our computers at our station that he was doing in front of class
17. quick little reviews as we went was great. At times when I tried to get from
the screen to the keyboard I'd get lost; and the quick reviews really saved me
today.
18. Pandora's a great teacher. Moves at a good clip; but encourages people to
stop her when they're stuck.

26. I've "surfed" the web a lot; but I learned things about search engines
that I didn't know. Very useful information.

to jam packed classes up in Turlington. Keep adding more focused and advanced

not too slow. hands on teaching makes it easier to take the information back and
