Register for myUF Market Overview session

The new myUF Market will provide a user-friendly online marketplace designed to streamline the way departments purchase their goods and services. Now’s your chance to learn more by attending a myUF Market Overview. Staff responsible for designing department purchasing processes are urged to attend a session. Sessions will be offered March 17 through April 29.

To register in the myUFL system navigate to My Self Service > Training and Development > Request Training Enrollment and search for PST072 myUF Market Overview. A polycom session also will be offered to IFAS employees on Wednesday, April 8, from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m.; to register, please call (352) 392-4777.

Overview sessions will introduce the new procurement system, which will replace purchasing requisitions in myUFL, and review important business process improvements such as the use of electronic catalogs, using PCards in myUF Market, roles and responsibilities of those who create and approve requisitions, requisition workflow, and ease of data retrieval.
